TWO 15-year-olds and a 13-year-old have been arrested for a home housebreaking and car thefts in Dunlop.

Early on Sunday (December 18) police say a house in Dunlop was damaged into and a purse and automobile keys stolen.

Shortly after, a Jeep Cherokee and an Audi Q5 have been taken from the house.

Police have been known as and the Jeep was recovered quickly after at one other location in Dunlop.

Bank cards stolen that morning have been later used at a comfort retailer, with CCTV serving to police determine the three teenagers.

About 2.30pm police discovered the stolen Audi in Charnwood and shortly after arrested two 15-year-old boys and a 13-year-old boy.

The 13-year-old has been charged with aggravated housebreaking, two counts of acquiring property by deception, possession of stolen property and driving motorcar with out consent. He was granted bail and can re-appear within the ACT Youngsters’s Court docket in January.
