POLICE have seized rifles and ammunition throughout a search of a home in Conder on Friday (December 22).

Detectives from the Drug and Organised Crime Staff searched the house discovering six rifles, together with .303 and .223 calibre rifles, 4 air rifles able to firing steel ball bearings, a gel blaster imitating a semi-automatic rifle and ammunition.

Police say the raid is a part of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking and firearm distribution within the ACT.
