Canberra artist teaches, learns and paints
THE Unbiased Parliamentary Bills Authority social membership is supporting a Canberra artist by an exhibition of 10 consultant artworks.
A partnership between the membership and a distant group is supported by Katherine Reckord, a Canberra artist who relocated to Kaltjiti-Fregon on SA Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara lands final 12 months as a TAFE SA group lecturer to show numeracy, literacy and digital expertise to adults. She is the one coach on the studying centre.
Initially educated as a sculptor, Reckord now primarily takes images, attracts and paints utilizing ink, watercolours, gouache acrylics, oils and dyes and believes her background in artwork has been a device for speaking and connecting along with her new group.
